For our young, locally owned business, being recognised by the Housing Industry Association across three separate categories is an achievement we’re incredibly proud of.
Baygrove Designer Homes is a finalist in:
- Display Home up to $600,000
- Bathroom of the Year up to $30,000
- Project Home up to $700,000
To receive recognition across a display home, bathroom and project home is particularly special because it reflects so much of what our team has set out to achieve from the beginning: creating beautiful, thoughtfully designed homes with high-quality finishes at prices that remain attainable for Mid North Coast families.
A Proud Achievement for a Young Mid North Coast Builder
Baygrove Designer Homes may be a relatively young building brand, but our team brings more than 25 years of combined experience in the building industry.
From the beginning, we wanted to do things a little differently.

Finalist: Display Home up to $600,000
A display home is more than somewhere to showcase a floorplan.
For us, it’s an opportunity to show future homeowners what’s possible.

Being selected as a finalist in the Display Home up to $600,000 category is therefore something we’re extremely proud of.

Finalist: Bathroom of the Year up to $30,000
Bathrooms may occupy a relatively small part of a home’s footprint, but they’re one of the spaces where thoughtful design can make an enormous impact.
Getting a bathroom right means balancing aesthetics with practicality.

That’s why being named a finalist for Bathroom of the Year up to $30,000 is such an exciting achievement for our team.
