We’re incredibly proud to share some exciting news from Baygrove Designer Homes: we have won all three categories we entered at the 2026 Newcastle Excellence in Building Awards.
For a locally owned building business that launched just three years ago, taking home three Master Builders NSW awards from three entries is a milestone that means an enormous amount to our entire team.
The 2026 Newcastle Excellence in Building Awards were held at NEX Newcastle on Friday, 4 September, bringing together some of the finest builders, tradespeople and projects from across Newcastle, the Hunter, Central Coast, Manning Great Lakes, Oxley and Tamworth regions.
The Master Builders NSW Awards recognise outstanding craftsmanship, expertise and building excellence across our region. To have each of our three submitted projects recognised with top honours amongst such a strong local building industry is something we are exceptionally proud of.

Baygrove Designer Homes was named winner in all three categories we entered:
Winner – Display Home Under $600,000
Our award-winning display home showcases the Baygrove approach to creating beautiful, functional homes where considered design, quality finishes and value for money come together.
Winner – Bathroom Project Under $50,000
Proof that exceptional design is found in the details. This bathroom project combines thoughtful selections, functionality and timeless style to create a space that feels special without compromising on practicality or value.
Winner – Contract Home Under $600,000
Perhaps one of the best demonstrations of what we strive to achieve for our clients: a beautifully designed and constructed new home offering quality workmanship, attention to detail and outstanding value.

When we launched Baygrove Designer Homes three years ago, our goal wasn’t simply to build houses.
