“Elite Exteriors: Upgrade Your Curb Appeal” is valid until 31st May 2025, any extension of this promotion is by management discretion. Baygrove Designer Homes reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without notice. The Elite Exteriors promotion is valid for eligible clients who pay a preliminary agreement initial payment during the offer term and enter into a building contract with Baygrove Designer Homes or subject to management discretion by the 31st May 2025. The Elte Exteriors Promotion is available on all Baygrove Designer Homes Standard floor plans and at managements discretion on custom or modified a plan. Any inclusion within the offer not required is deemed forfeited and is not redeemable for cash, credit, or substitution. Clients of Baygrove Designer Homes are required to pay the total cost of contract to be eligible to receive offer. Elite Exteriors Promotion cannot be split or altered outside of the upgrades specified. Baygrove Designer Homes reserves the right to terminate or amend the terms and conditions at any time without notice. For any unforeseen reason Baygrove Designer Homes reserves the right to substitute any product of equal or greater value at management discretion.
